After the success of Akash tablet the company has announced its new tablet, the Akash Tablet 2. It has healthy improvements in specs comparing to aksah tablet. It has capacitive touch screen. Its CPU has changed to cortex A8 which will give nearly blazing speed that is about 700MHZ. it has a 3200 mAh battery allowing the user to use the tablet for 3hours. They increased its RAM to 512mb which is a major improvement comparing to akash tablet. It has android version 2.2 Froyo. It has a cheap rate of $40 and will be available on April in Indian market.

Sony Xperia Soala

Sony has announced the arriving of its smart phone the Sony Xperia Sola on 13/03/12 that has novathor chipset. The floating touch is its main feature. This facility allows the user to hover their finger on screen while using the browser and it will act as a cursor. It have capacitive touch screen with multi touch screen with Scratch-resistant glass and Floating touch display. Its screen is made of Bravia technology screen It has an internal memory of 8GB with 512mb RAM. Unfortunately only 5GB can be accessed by the user and it has a microSD slot too. It has connectivity options such as GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11, DLNA, Wi-Fi Hotspot, v2.0 Bluetooth, HFC and microUSB v2.0. It has a 5MP camera with features such as autofocus, LED flash, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face and smile detection, 3D sweep panorama, image stabilization. Its video recorder has features such as continuous autofocus and video light. It does not have a secondary camera.It has Android OS v2.3 (gingerbread) and Sony is planning to upgrade to v4.0. Its browser support HTML5 and Adobe Flash Lite. It has A-GPS. It has Java MIDP emulator. It will be available in black, white and red color. It will be released in this year itself.

Normally we use internet browsers to surf the internet. It can be used for browsing your PC folders too. Enter the following address on the address bar:

This can be used to hear music and watch videos through the browser.
